We are looking for a Commercial Operations Manager to join our busy Supply Team on a full time, permanent basis.
About you….
As someone who is comfortable with the need for both strategic thinking and the pace to get things done, you are looking to move into a highly commercially focussed operational improvement role. Thriving in a trading environment you will relish the opportunity to take ownership of an exciting improvement journey.
You are an energetic, inquisitive problem solver who can act without being told what to do, inspired to challenge the status quo and transform the Supply Operational and Trading functions. You are clear on objectives, use your time and resources wisely to deliver tangible results.
You have a proven history of identifying and delivering business value through change management and have the experience and skills to help strengthen supplier commercial propositions. You are a quick learner and logical thinker; you know what it takes to drive performance in a customer focussed culture which is reliant on maximising supplier commitment and engagement.
You are motivated by change; data driven results and also recognise the value of excellent supplier relationships in unlocking trading optimisation. You are resilient and used to working in a small but niche team who would benefit from coaching, development and strong leadership.

This role will be hybrid with the expectation of 2-3 days per week in the office at St Ives, Cambridgeshire with occasional UK travel to visit suppliers.
