Boilerjuice is a UK-based e-commerce energy site. We are looking for an Operations Administrator to support our Supply team with the smooth running of our department.
Working in a fast-paced company, where our service and reputation are key to our success, the successful applicant must be able to demonstrate the ability to work under pressure and to be a team player; possess excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills, demonstrate the ability to follow processes, influence key decision making, manage multiple tasks and provide a first-class experience at all times.
Previous experience of working as an administrator in a busy office environment would be advantageous but not essential.
Working as an administrator, your duties will include daily service calls to our Suppliers, creating coverage maps and supplier statistics in readiness for meetings and assisting with order queries and coverage amendments.
Although you may not have heard of Boilerjuice, we are an established company with a proven business model and a solid customer base. We are different from a lot of other e-commerce businesses because the logistics for delivering what we sell (domestic heating oil) are a bit more complicated than for many other products you can buy online!
We are investing for further growth and are also creating new products that combine Internet-of-Things with smart data analysis to change the way a market works. That means working on innovative ways of managing a competitive marketplace.
Whilst we’re excited about what we do, we like to think we’re relatively down-to-earth. We don’t have a big hierarchy, a special dress code, or a company song about heating oil.
